BENJAMIN PEDERSON

Mr. Pederson joined the team at BEE Consulting, LLC in April of 2023 as a Project Inspector. In this role, he provides quality assurance on construction projects to the client based on the waterproofing details provided by our Design Drafting Team.

Mr. Pederson previously worked as an Assistant Superintendent for CDK Construction Services managing teams, projects planning, scheduling, and organization. He ensured the execution of workloads related to multifamily and commercial building remediation and ground up construction regarding structural, seismic, and envelope installations. He also completed workplace documentation, progress tracking, and field reporting for large scale projects as well as collaborating with clients, project managers, superintendents, subcontractors, architects, and consultants to sustain quality control and critical path deadlines.

Prior to that Mr. Pederson was with Modern Builders, Inc. as a carpenter doing insurance restoration of residential and commercial buildings. This included framing, drywall, painting, millwork, cabinets, floors, and general construction.
