Ms. Mathur joined BEE Consulting, LLC in April of 2023 as a Junior Consultant, Sustainability. In this role, she facilitates various Green Certifications that are applicable nationwide as well as statewide, such as ENERGY STAR Multifamily, National Green Building Standard, LEED, Passive House, and Built Green. She fulfills this by providing guidance and coordination for teams to meet their green design goals. In addition to that, she helps her clients achieve all energy code conditions to avail tax and utility incentives.
Prior to coming to BEE, Ms. Mathur was a System Designer with Johnson Controls. During this time, Ms. Mathur designed complex BMS Control Systems, their Sequence of Operations and System Architecture, to control and monitor all HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical and Life Safety systems.
Before working for them as a System Designer, Ms. Mathur spent time at Johnson Controls as a summer intern, where she worked with the Products team to develop Johnson Control’s flagship system – METASYS.
