With a total of 200,000 square foot, this state of the art creative office campus is located in Santa Monica’s Bergamot Transit Village. A LEED qualified glass and metal structure, Santa Monica Gateway offers office/creative space and supportive retail with several floor plans.
For the Santa Monica Gateway project, BEE provided a full building envelope design with inspection and testing package.
