Five-story mixed-use apartment with 102 units.
Located near Downtown Central Park in Redmond, the Ravello Apartments features 102 apartment units with retail space on the ground level and a green roof with rooftop deck. The project was completed in October of 2018.
For the Ravello Apartment project, BEE performed a full building envelope design with inspection and testing package.
