Grow Community – Bainbridge Island, WA
Solar-powered residential community with 131 units.
Located on Bainbridge Island, Grow Community offers a sustainable residential community with over 131 units including single-family homes and multi-family units that feature solar-power, shared community gardens and clean transportation options. The final phase of the project was completed in September of 2017.
For the Grow Community project, BEE performed a full building envelope design with inspection and testing package.
