Cora Apartments – Seattle, WA
Six-story mixed-use apartment building with 75 units.
Located in the Uptown neighborhood of Seattle, this mixed-use apartment features 75 units amidst a lively neighborhood mix of restaurants, shops and community amenities. The project was completed in August of 2017.
For the Cora Apartment project, BEE performed a full building envelope design with inspection and testing package.
