The Brotman Building is a four story medical building that is part of the UW Medicine at the South Lake Union medical research hub consisting of five lab buildings as well as an administration building and meeting venues.
For The Brotman project, BEE provided a roof assessment, full RFP services, short form material specifications, design details, inspections, and RFI’s/Submittals.
