Jordan Esparza
Consultant, Sustainability
Mr. Esparza joined BEE Engineers in June of 2023 as a Consultant, Sustainability. In this role, he engages with developers on Washington State Green Building programs; collaborates with departmental leaders to establish organizational goals, strategic plans and objectives; and advises clients on energy efficiency, construction waste diversion, and water stewardship.
Prior to his time at BEE, Mr. Esparza was with Evergreen Certified as a Sustainability Consultant doing the same job functions, but also performing energy models to ensure structures met or exceeded the Washington State Energy Code.
Previous to Evergreen Certified, Mr. Esparza was at GreenCircle Certified in Royersford, PA where he worked as a Project Manager monitoring sustainability indictors; auditing waste diversion practices for clients; analyzing energy, water and waste data to calculate GHG emissions and global warming potential; managed a wide portfolio of projects and certified recycle contents, biodegradable, and sustainable manufacturing; utilized his project management skills to oversee multiple concurrent projects to meet deadlines and budgets; applied his technical expertise to identify problems, collect data, establish facts, and develop recommendations for sustainability claims.
